Terms and Conditions of Sale

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS SECTION CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WizCom Technologies Ltd AND YOU (THE “Consumer”) FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS BY WizCom Technologies Ltd TO YOU. BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Taxes, Shipping charges

The price of every product is inclusive of all taxes, including VAT, Customs or any other tax. Shipping and Handling charges shall be added to the basic price of the product according to the “Shipping and Handling” table, depending on the Shipping destination.

Orders; Payment; No Resale

Orders are subject to acceptance by WizCom Technologies Ltd. Payment must be received by WizCom Technologies Ltd prior to WizCom Technologies Ltd’s acceptance of an order and must be made by one of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express. Customer shall pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Customer shall not resell any WizCom Technologies Ltd products, unless WizCom Technologies Ltd has granted the Customer a written approval.

Please be aware that there will be a $25 restocking fee charged on all returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Products are not always immediately available in stock. WizCom Technologies Ltd maintains the right to supply to Customer part of an order according to availability in stock and charge the credit card according to the products actually sent.
