Download the installation software for your product:
Version R 3.01 and above
(Version number can be found under Information/About in the Pen Main Menu)
Download the installation package for your Pen. The package contains the software needed to install the USB driver and PenExplorer application onto your PC, as well as links to online user manuals and product registration. Download Instructions: - Click on the "Download" link below.
- A "File Download" window will appear. Select "Run".
- A security warning will appear. Select "Run".
- The Installshield Wizard will appear. Follow the instructions to save the product installation software to your computer.
- Once the software has been saved, the installation window will appear. Go to "PenExplorer Installation" and follow the instructions to install the USB driver and PenExplorer.
Note: Once you have saved the software to your computer, you can re-open the installation window by going to the folder where the software is saved and clicking on "Setup.exe".
